Revised child arrangements. C100 Form in force from 13.08.18.

We have just been informed by the MoJ:

Please find attached a revised C100 form which will be live on from Monday 13 August 2018. Please do not use the form prior to this date as it may be rejected by HMCTS. The changes made to this form are very minor to accommodate a pilot of bulk scanning of the C100 forms within HMCTS.

Sections 1, 11, 12 and 13 have been amended to provide for separate boxes for the first name and last names requested of the individuals in those sections. This is to enable the scanner to accurately identify parties and distinguish between first and last names.

We have also amended page 20 of the form to ask applicants to indicate if they are paying by credit card to provide clarity over the process for those applicants wishing to pay the court fee in this way.

As these are minor changes, HMCTS will continue to accept old forms until Friday 28 September 2018. All forms after this date must be on the version dated 08.2018.
